I have the proper tool to install it but I cannot seem to get it in. WebMay 30, 2016 · The bellows will require you to remove the outdrive to install it. You should be able to install an exhaust tube with out removing the drive. Either one will reduce the exhaust fumes. +1 Also, it won't hurt a thing if the exhaust below came loose it'll just be louder.
