WebI think lucky nations should change during a game. It's not normal for one nation to retain luck from 1444 all the way through to 1821. Nations had ups and downs, and EU4 should reflect that. For example Castile should only be a lucky nation from 1444-1600 or 1650, at which point it should lose its lucky nation status (to the Netherlands). WebConsole command for Military Power.
