WebFor a few years now, predominantly in the summer, I have felt a pressure on my head as if someone is pressing down with the palm of their hand. It is just above the forehead. I have occasionally felt dizzy spells and occasionally have slight nausea. This year it started while on holiday and I had been in the sun a great deal.
