WebDec 8, 2024 · Description: This mod aims to make GTA IV more natural, less dark and more vibrant. My inspiration was the never released iCEnhancer C by icelaglace. I spent about 400-500 hours to create and update this mod. This mod was developed for GTA IV patch 1.0.4.0 and later 1.0.7.0/1.0.8.0/EFLC support were added. WebModding GTA IV in 2024 I've been attempting to mod this game for about a month now. There doesn't seem to be any step by step guide to doing so (at least not after 2024) just a post here and there with download links to scripts I don't know how to install. Can't even find a better graphics mod that doesn't immediately crash or just not work.
